Pros

This is a durable double boiler we expect to have forever. We look forward to using it for everything we can next year that might scorch. It doesn't scratch.

The quality and rugged construction are impressive for the price. We have decided to procure the 12-quart version for smaller batches. Perfect for cheese making in 4-10 liter milk batches.

Two gallons fills it up to those little indentations on the inside pot. Huge pot. Ideal for 2 gallons (8qt) of milk though.

The thick walls and sturdy construction works great. Good quality and they perform well.
