Pros & Cons
Pros
The win-ware aluminum sauce pan is well constructed and for the price it's quite the deal. Light, durable, inexpensive. They are of professional quality and usually only available at restaurant supply distributors.
This is a little thicker and nicer than most of the professional aluminum cookware on the market; the difference is noticeable. No pouring spout but the aluminum edge handles pouring better than expected. Tomato sauce cooks beautifully in this pot.
Perfect size, goes on stove, in oven, on grill. Heats up quickly and holds temperature evenly. Allow complete cooling in between. S s steamers for those items that do require covered cooking.
Cons
Used it less than 10 times and it is discolored already. It comes out into tiny, tiny pieces andthe glue left behind, stays behind. Its too bulky and food sticks at the bottom.
