Pros & Cons

Pros

The pizza screen is by far the best to get a crispy crust in a conventional oven. It bakes the pizza beautifully. I mainly use this on cauliflower crust pizza to make it resemble real pizza.

These things are perfect for a large pizza. They're inexpensive, so i feel less bad about chucking them in my 500-700 degree grill. It’s a sturdy pizza screen.

Put in the preheated 450 hot oven on bottom rack and baked 15 minutes. Forget pizza stones in the oven. You just have to get your gas oven to 525 and turn it every 2 minutes.

I use a long fork to lift the edge of the pizza so i can see when it sets. It’s easier to manipulate the pizza once the pizza has formed up a little. The best results come from launching the pizza from the peel to the stone.

Cons

Extremely flimsy & not worth the money. Started rusting after 3 uses. Very disappointed. This is the worst product i've ever bought on amazon.

Winco needs to clarify a few points in its seasoning instructions. What are examples of acidic cleansers to avoid? Even using the word abrasive would have been much more useful than acidic.

Quality

I have nothing but good to say about this product

Was looking for a pizza grate for the charbroil srg and its perfect

This is not a pull the tag off wash and use product

This is nice and works well but it definitely has the quality of something i would find in the dollar store

Packaging/appearance

Many reviewers complain about pizza dough sticking to the screen this small detail on the winco would most likely mitigate that...  Read More

I had the best luck getting the pizza started on the screen and then launching it onto the stone without the screen

The key is to spread the dough on a board and transfer it on the screen

So i stretched my crust and placed it on the screen

Competitiveness

We own another one also winco brand and it worked well
