The centripetal force almost makes it rotate in your hand all by itself. I know this helps rehabbing too because if you rotate slowly it will not speed up. Helps with tennis elbow and carpal tunnel.

Great forearm workout. My coworkers love to come borrow if from me to work out as well. Instructions are not an obstacle to using this product.
