I also reversed the fans so that it would exhaust the heat as well as covered the back vent since my xbone is standing vertical and would better exhaust the heat from the horrible cooling design of the xbone one

I will say that the english on the instructions and the box was pretty poor like it was translated or the person who wrote it for printing didnt have english as their first language

I only say this for the company if they are reading it so that if their goal is to make their product professional they should look into those details

One thing to be careful of make sure you pay attention to when you do attach it that the usb connections line up right mine did just fine but i could see possibility of it being a issue

Dont use the usb ports so cant address any of those issues that other have written about
