Pros

Wink is a great way to enter the home automation arena without paying a monthly fee like with nexia. The app is very easy to use, and i love setting up shortcuts.

No doubt these problems will eventually be resolved. This is an area i am really watching for an update to improve functionality. A fresh reboot usually fixes everything.

Ecolink motion this works fine, the only problem i have with it is the robot app in wink. The page to create the robot has section labeled when this robot detects.

Once you download the app it walks you through the setup. It's a push notification on my iphone that lets me know something is going on.

Cons

Version 1 hub is just * in my opinion. According to other reviewers, this hub is not even compatible with all z-wave devices.

Well this is where the problems began light flashes 3 times to indicate it was connected but the app never made it past step 6 of 7

Price

This product is excellent for its price range

By far the least expensive and easiest way to home automation

It was 30 basically the price of two bulbs with a free hub

Also i picked this up at hd for 69

Shipping

The units from amazon had to be sent in for a firmware update

I would have given the product five stars but the customer service wait time is very long

Comparer to revolv it gives more features for the connected device such as a thermostat but it can not connect to insteon devices
