Good customer support just a poor quality product
Pairing sensors to the hub takes several tries items listed as compatible didnt work with the hub
The app works we can turn lights on and off set fan speeds and open the garage door
I have even asked several times if upgrading to the wink hub 2 would help with the issues i am having

So im slowly changing over to a zwave system which is working quite well being powered by a raspberry pi and a zstick

In the past year or so it often goes through updates that fail or just simply looses connection to connected devices

When the hub finally comes back online i often have to resync all the devices which is extremely frustrating as those devices can often be far from the hub itself

Im not sure if its a software or hardware shortcoming but i would not recommend the wink hub to a friend at this point

Update this update is long overduei use to like this but after less than a year the connectivity issues were nonstop

There was a particular day that the hub completely disconnected and found out through wink support that their server was down

Prior to this incident the hub had a firmware update an update i was never able to complete
