The touchscreen requires a few taps to register at times this is with the protective film removed but will ultimately turn on
But with the new hood i do not get anything accumulating to set the alarm off

What a professional look and the power of the fan gets rid of all smoke and steam

There are three fan settings and even on the lowest setting the fan is very loud but on the highest setting its almost intolerable

Excellent hood we had ge builder grade hood for last 16 years and it was 250 cfm and very loud on speed 2
