They are reusable, but inexpensive enough to purchase new ones as needed. Even though i taped them shut the tape was easy to remove making them reusable. Practical, reusable, and reliable.
I am a repeat customer of this product - that is the best endorsement one can give. Worked perfect.
Cons
The product description says 100% reusable, which would lead you to believe they can deflate. There appears not to be any way to actually seal the bag to prevent air from escaping.

Easy to use and pump works great
The wine bottle protector is versatile accommodating bottles up to 13 inches in height and with a diameter of 3 inches
Even after a few days they are still filled with enough protection
Nothing broke even when tsa slit open the bubble bags for inspection in my checked luggage
Price
These were a little tricky to inflate at first but after i got the hang of it they were priceless
They are reusable but inexpensive enough to purchase new ones as needed
Shipping
I used the product for wine and whiskey on a long overseas travel
I don’t see any problem with shipping or using these for other things like candles too
Packaging/appearance
I packed four wine bottles in a small hard shelled cooler and one bottle in my soft shelled suitcase and they were all protected
This snuggled the bottle very well and in addition to other packaging in the box my shipment went cross country without an issue
One of the bottles i had packed in a cardboard wine 6 pack was unfortunately not as lucky
Lost 0 of 16 bottles packed in a suitcase with nothing else

The part that wasnt cut actually remained inflated which was pretty impressive but i was annoyed at tsa since the bags are transparent and the wine bottles were easily visible

They made it from california to texas without a drop being spilled
