Pros
The chair glides beautifully and doesn't make any noise unless you aggressively rock. The lumbar pillow is a bonus! I love that it came with an ottoman.
It’s extremely easy to assemble (only 5 steps) & very sturdy. Has lasted over a year now and still looks nice and new.
Cons
Would not recommend or purchase again. This is not assembly error as it was the frame itself that snapped. Also amazon expects me to take item apart and repackage for return/refund. Horrible item.
It squeaks loudly. We have tried graphite, the squeak is still present. My * hurting + squeaking = garbage.
