Pros

This fabric comes nicely rolled. Folded in half without wrinkles. Much cheaper than the stuff available at my local home depot.

Cons

It's extremely thin and rips too easily and that is what make it easy to install. It's not useful unless reinforced. Very disappointed and no one to contact about the false advertisement.
