Double-sided tape is strong. The velcro is sturdy. The zipper does a great job of staying closed around the hose.
Cons

We replace them each year as i dont feel theyll last multiple years at least in our environment but at the cost theyre well worth it

Most if not all hot air is completely expelled with minimal heat reentering from outside

Velcro is already on the fabric so we just had to put velcro around the window and window frame
