Cut, peel, stic. Just that easy. I used a ruler wrapped in a kitchen towel on the film to drive out the bubbles.
The one way mirror window film is an amazing product that has exceeded my expectations. The film is also very durable, and it has held up very well over time. It really helps. Once installed it works as advertised.

It does a good job in daytime to block out prying eyes from outside of the room. The temperature difference with and without the film is significant and i expect this will save me $$$ as the summer rolls in.
Cons
Looking at the outside looked like crumpled aluminum foil.
Inexpensive product. Leaving me embarrassed. Your privacy is gone. Would not recommend.

It is not hard to apply the film to the window but it is hard to apply it well at least at first

From the inside you can see outside very clearly and from the outside during the day you cant see inside at all its like a mirror

It has to be cut exactly the window size or maybe even a little smaller so that it doesnt make big bubbles
