I temporarily have placed 2 rubber bands from front to back with a large one side to side as a mini fence to prevent the mourning doves from getting into the tray hopefully its working as the chickadees and finches have been able to get to the seed now and the mourning doves land on the top and then fly away they have plenty of food beneath a hopper feeder

Mine fell off the window every couple weeks or so until i got better suction cups

The birds finally figured out where this was now they stop by quite frequently

Also unlike our other feeders this one will not be disturbed by the squirrels
