My surprise this no ordinary ball

Was recommended for one of these by my chiropractor says this might help with releaving the hand joint pains and help strengthen the muscles that hold the palm root well giving it a try this little gizmo is pretty cool you start it with pulling the string than the idea is to use it against the resistance and keep it spinning
