Pros
Cleanup is fast and easy. The blades are very sharp and easy to change to different blades. The instruction manual is minimal but sufficient.
This mandoline is sturdy and will last a lifetime. It complements other ss accessories in the kitchen if you leave it out on the counter. It makes short work of potatoes like i have never seen before.
Cons
It is ok for soft veggies like cucumbers. Big disappointment. Wasn't even usable. Needs to be safer to use.
The blades are dull and mangle and mush the food that they are supposed to quickly and cleanly slice. The blade seems to be sharp but for some reason it just doesn't do the work. But, worthless for beats, sweet potatoes, etc.

Used this a few times works well it replaced a cheep plastic mandolin i bought that just did not cut well at all

The package could not be delivered on the day promised because no one was home to receive it and it was returned to the post office

Four attempts were made to the busy urban post office to pick up the package
