Pros

It works great to clean the griddle. I use it to smooth the frosting on cakes. If you ever need to scrape dry ice frozen bananas off some pryex cake pans, then this is for you.

It comes in very handy. It hasn't rusted yet so far. It cleans up easily by hand or in a dishwasher. Makes me feel like a badass kitchen ninja.

One swoosh through the dough and the cut is clean. The edge of the steel near the handle is a little sharp if you're wedging your fingers in there while working.

Cons

The bottom of the blade is designed with a slight curve. This makes it difficult to cut through a block of soap. Cleaning the inside of the grip is not easy either.
