Your micro sd card many hang in the port at times and if so just remove the front sticker remove the phillips head screw located under the sticker gently and slightly pry the camera apart with your fingernail near the micro sd card port and youll be able to remove the micro sd card

Just be sure to gently reassemble the camera and replace the screw
