Pros
At 40”, the length is perfect for my table. It’s also just over both a yard and a meter, more than enough for seams and finished garments. Used this 40’ on the aluminum side rail of a grizzly boat dock section, for measuring fish.
A tape measure, a ruller, a framing square, and a tri-square. The one that i use the most is the one by my screw and bolt bin to quickly identify fasteners.
Cons
Thin, flimsy. It's just unusable for me. There is a clear coat on this that comes off first and then it just peels off.

I was able to stick it on the table to where all the measurements are visible millimeters centimeters and inches
