Requires tall large muffin papers although in a pinch you can simply cut a square of greaseproofsilicone paper push into the hole and press it to the corners with your fingers allthewhile pulling the protruding paper straight and trying to encourage it to fold and overlap in a way that is even distributed and once youve smoothed it well just cut off the protruding excess with scissors

Very large tin i wish it would come with a basic recipe for the size i guessed at the amount i put in muffins turned out lovely

These are huge dont make the mistake i did thinking these would be slightly bigger than your average muffin

After 20 minutes the evil deed was complete and thanks to the added depth of this tin giving added reinforced sides to the puddings they didnt even sink back down once added to the dinner plate
