Indoor hooping is a bit of a luxury if you live in nyc, but when you do get to play indoors, use this ball. It has that soft, yet firm feel to it. Great grip for indoor wood surfaces.

Every afternoon, literally 24 hours, the ball loses a significant amount of air and needs to be pumped. Balls are only used in the gym. Do not buy this ball it is fake.
