Pros
Fits perfectly and you don’t notice it’s even there when running. My pump fits inside the pouch at night and i can also tuck the wire inside and keep everything secure and out of the way. No bouncing when i run.
Use it on your hips for extra snuggle. Easily fits an iphone xs and i have no doubt it would fit any phone. Holds my samsung s8 in a slim phone cover, 2 packets of tissues and keys. Fits my iphone 7+ plus my keys and a handful of doggy poo bags.

Cons
It's quiet uncomfortable to wear and not secure to hold stuff. Am size 8-10 and couldn't get this past my hips.
