Pros
It's a great little tool and gets the job done. It's advanced features are amazing.
The cap is plastic and has a specific torque value applied to it. It features a state of the art square hole that fits my 3/8s wrench and a 1/2 square protuberance. It does the job, allowing me to use sockets that didn't match my ratchet size.
Cons
Williams was once a great american tool company, i have many of thier products.

Perfect in combination with the tekton 14203 38inch drive by 58inch spark plug socket to change spark plugs on my v8 audivw
They do seem to be of decent quality so i will probably be buying more of their stuff in the future
Competitiveness
They are under the umbrella of snapon international or some such but are not snapon at all
I will look into more of these williams tools products

I took away one star because its nearly impossible to remove from my socket wrench without a screwdriver to pry it loose

Yes this model is made in taiwan if you want usa williams look for the modle numbers with letters
