Product great nice cooling effect for a long time but comes with no instructions and the carabina hooks are not connected to the packaging and sent in unsealed box so two of the 3 fell out

Initially i was disappointed as it arrived with scuffs and catches on the fabric so i was worried it would unravel but customer services sorted this out
