There is not too much to say about it since milk thistle doesn’t have much of a taste

So they do not grind to smooth powder but it is ok i just make sure not to chew much when i mix them into yogurt

I just put it in a coffee grinder make a powder and store in a container

I then just chew and swallow a tsp of powder and wash it down with water or sprinkle it over food and eat

When i take it i notice my urine smells stronger so i assume its detoxing something lol

I do know that i probably have a sluggish liver due to poor habits and lifestyle choices from a high sugar fatty diet
