The powder does not dissolve so you may have some sediment left behind at the bottom of your dish

If you dont take it from me im an aging athlete whos body doesnt put out all the nice juices it used to so i replace them with various super foods only ones that make a noticeable difference

I did feel better after the liver cleanses but my enzymes were still very high which was odd as i dont drink or take any pharmaceutical drugs

Turned out that i was taking too many supplements so i quit that and just take whole herbs not pills or extracts and when i do take vitamins i take raw wholefood based vitamins
