The problem is that the hotcold insert is very hard to get out and back in

These are wonderful they work very well even for grown ups pains sore muscles the smell of lavender turns to the smell of grass no i do not mean weed ether like very tall grass all you need is one that smells like gasoline and sadness you can relive the good ole days of mowing the lawn growing up
