I did not use it much so i cannot say if it will hold the power or not in the long term but on the first charge i had a few hours of play maybe about 45 hours before i needed to charge again which is not much

The included screwdriver is cheap and i would recommend use something else

The wii u gamepad battery has always been an issue and this battery dont resolve the original problem because it still need to be charged often
