Contacted tech support via email and got a reply a week later after brief exchange over the course of three days got a pc app from them and now camera works

It took exactly a week between me getting camera out of the box and actually being able to use it as intended

My gripe is that if you going to advertise that camera works on pc you better provide proper links to pc software and not send me on a week long ordeal of discovery of chinese websites and level of their tech support

I wanted to duck 2 stars but considering that product seems wellbuilt and support albeit slow is actually helpful and is there i decided to dock just one not to screw with their ratings too much and not give people bad impression of this product overall

Bottom line if you need to runwatch feed on the pc instead of searching interwebs for a correct pc app just email their tech support directly and ask them to send a pc app directly to you via email
