You get what you pay for and given this product is inexpensive the boost to the wifi was simply one extra bar

I was hoping i could report this wifi range extender worked great for mebut it only helped to a certain degree

Nothing against the product itself i just have horrible internet service in general so the device can only do so much with the signal it has to work with

I live in the mountains of western nc and the internet service is just not quite up to the speed i am used to in the city

Was hopeful this would improve my wifi signal at least in the different rooms of my house since it is very poor even just 20’ away

It did seem to help with the rooms closest to the modem but not so much in the rooms farthest away or even out in the garage but once again it doesn’t have a great signal to work with where i am

I was actually impressed that it did help improve my signal in some of the rooms in my home where i had little to no signal at all
