Pros

It's a utility device that works solidly. It's small enough to have on the counter, but big enough to do 2 qts (approx) it is a bit larger than my air fryer.

The device is not too noisy and its compressor never gives up. It gets colder quicker and in one hour you got great ice cream.

It's not like we are gluttonous slobs that need to eat it right out of the container the minute the machine is done. And have fresh treats while in season.

I recommend you buy hello, my name is ice cream for your kindle. Amazon and this seller are fantastic.

Each time i use this machine, i am thankful that i made the investment. Includes step by step instructions for troubleshooting a couple of different possibilities. My only caveat is that it will be softer when done than commercial.

Cons

Strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product. It's the biggest reason why i will not purchase another product from you at this point. Texture is terrible.

This is a complete game changer and if you like ice cream or slushies you will use it so often the cost will be worth it

The only issue i have is it was triple boxed with styrofoam in boxes and it had a huge dent on the front

I packed most of it in 6oz reusable containers and my wife and i ate the rest right then and there
