Pros

It reminds me of demerara i used in guyana. Delightful in fresh tapioca, oatmeal and compotes.

The pictures depict that adequately. Delivered to your door, 10 lb.

Cons

The odor of the new batch of sugar smells heavily of molasses (more than even dark brown sugar) the previous batch does not have this strong of a molasses odor. This is not wholesome sweeteners organic cane sugar, it's just natural.
