Pros

It's much darker than the dark brown sugar you buy in the stores. The sugar is very moist and tasty. It's also very good in pudding instead of using white sugar.

The one downside is that it is quite expensive, which is why i started buying by the case from amazon. Wonderfully delicious. Good brand otherwise.

In baking, it's just wonderful. It makes some of the best shortbread i've ever had. Great product for baking, adds a richer flavor to products.

Flavor is wonderful, texture is great. Wonderful rich flavor. It really amps up the flavor.

Try to buy this product at a retail establishment and you will get stabbed for over 8 if they even carry the dark brown

A great deal if you think you will be able to go through 6 24oz packs of brown sugar in about a year

I have also had fewer issues with this brand over the store brand being hardened in its packaging

I wish this product came in larger packages like 5 or 10 pounds for bakers

Great alternative to most on the market

I ran out and had to buy another brand and my cookies just didnt come out as well

Ive never seen this product before but it is sooo much better than what you get in the grocery store
