Ive been feeding my sourdough culture with this flour and i must say that i am impressed with the results

Would be nice to see this in a zip locked back but it is a great value for money quality product

I found another brand also a good quality but cheaper elsewhere

The shipping fee is rather expensive if i wish to use more of it

Including 85g of this flour to 600g white bread flour in my sourdough makes it much softer with more rise and smaller evenly distributed bubbles

The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because the labels are not biodegradable
