Pros
This is the most vigorous sourdough culture i've found in the last 10 years. This vigorous culture allows me to easily bake 8 six lb.
Really good product if a little pricey. Blowing a fan on it speeds up the process. Great price and clear instructions.
Cons
Sold by a company that only sells fermentation products. All you are sent for $11 is what amounts to a packet of yeast. No fermentation. Increase by the same amounts of flour & water, adding no more honey.
Don't bother with this ripoff. Just a rip off for 10$. A total waste of money. What a scam.
Followed the instructions to the letter and within a few days of no activity on the started part mold developed. Did not start. No visible process after 5 day. No bubbles. Also cannot return it.
Very disappointed. Product quality is poor. But no. Not good. Worse stuff ever. This one is not good. Very disappointed. The product is poor but no.
