Eggcellent very good no powdery taste very tasty makes great omelettes and scrambled deffo buying again
Very convenient and easy to usegreat in baking or for a perfect scrambled
I have since bought scales as my dope scales are not really useful for measuring heavy weights

The only downside is the fishy smell from the packet but it is not evident in the baked item

We tend not to eat eggs as such but i either wasted eggs after using only two or three for baking or had to run out to the shops if i wanted to bake at short notice

The texture of my sponges and cakes is the same as when using fresh eggs but i have yet to try the product in any other recipe
