This is a wonderful product if you are looking for a good multivitamin. Produit fait d'ingrédients végétaux, facile à assimiler par l'organisme. I feel it definitely contributes to good nutrition especially as we age.

However i was taking another vitamin which was considered a quality product but noticed that i was experiencing bouts of fatigue

It does have an unpleasant taste and smell

However that is to be expected given all of the nutrients in the formulation and the taste doesnt last long after swallowing

Be advised that the pills are quite large as are most multivitamin and mineral pills so if you have trouble swallowing large pills look for something else

It says women on the label but honestly anyone can use them that’s just the specific formula
