I'm 61 years old and felt it was time to start taking a multi-vitamin. I like this product, no side affects. Will purchase this product again.

The tablets are huge but they don't get stuck in ur * and u don’t burp * all day. Perfect for a vacation, or on busy weekdays, when can't get to all the bottles.

Pure food women 50+ multivitamin & mineral. Provides the amount of nutrients especially formulated for women 50+. I like that they are non-gmo. Healthy well balanced nutrients.
