Pros

Raked leaves out of the way and spread the seed. Liquid lime in feb. Planted first week of march in tennessee in well tilled soil. All i need to do is add some fertilizer and it's good to go.

The deer and wild turkey feed on the plots throughout the day. The hawks and owls that eat the seed eating vermin keep the squirrel population in check.

Cons

Very disappointed as there is very little actual seed in these bags. Couldn't be more disappointed. Not one. Would not recommend this product.
