The controls are very intuitive and on the back theres a power button and a timer button that you can press to make it turn off after 30 60 or 90 minutes otherwise it will run until you switch it off

However it is actually 2 thin soft plastic dome shields 1 translucent white 1 fairly opaque black with cutouts housed within 1 transparent thick plastic cover that you use individually or in combination to get the 3 different looks
