Pros
Great product, lasts. Easy to install but doing it correctly is time consuming. May keep you from replacing a roof.
Sealed pinholes in camper roof. Makes a very good seal and conforms to all the different shapes that had to be covered. Eternabond also patches tents and canopy roofs.
This is sticky stuff with a white vinyl covering which looks like it will last for a long time. Like, real sticky. Like a large-scale glue trap for your hands.

Be careful when applying because if you accidentally contact a non targeted surface you may literally be stuck with it
