Pros

They are very understanding, prompt responses, and listen to feedback. Works great. Would definitely recommend and gift to friends and family. Regardless, the customer service is amazing!

The whisk scraper blocks sugar as you add it in so it gets everywhere. It cleans the wisk attachment so well. I wash it on the top rack of my dishwasher or soak it in a hot tub of mild soapy water and it cleans up nicely.

The whisk wiper pro is an excellent design to help minimize the mess when using the wire whisk on your stand mixer. And it works, scraps the wire whip as you pull it off.

Cons

The ww wiper is very stiff and hard. If i force the ww to glide through the whisk, and even if it works by force, it will for sure change the shape of my whisker.
