The product is simple to use and ingenious. I like the instructional video and the customer information site that is available for this product. I wish it had been around when i bought my kitchenaid years ago!

If you are buying to use with the large mixer pictured, don’t. Needless to say, this is not worth the money and was very difficult to even get on my kitchenaid mixer attachment.
