Pros
Replaced worn out 20 year old kitchenaid unit. Moved cord from old one to the new disposal. Punched out the dishwasher plug, reconnected the drain lines and done.
Perfect packaging, on time delivery, user friendly installation instructions. Not hard, just took a few minutes of persuasion to pop out.
Great value was shipped very expediently. Fast shipping and a fair price.
Whirlpool product, quality. Works great. It does its job with gusto. Product exactly as described on amazon.

Be advised youll need to remove the electrical cord from your old unit and attach it to this new unit

If youre using this as your dishwasher drain dont forget to pop out the little plastic disk screwdriver and hammer works great on the unit and fish it out if already mounted or if still on the bench turn it upside down and itll fall right out the sink opening

I really wanted to get a quieter model but when you start looking at the amount of plumbing changes to the drains etc it was just easier to go for a form fit replacement
