Pros
Includes the agitator cam (with dogs) and the * spacer washer. Includes the cam and paws. Comes with new cams and race too.
This agitator is identical to the one that came with the washer. Amp; fits perfectly. Very easy to install.
Great product, fast shipping, top notch quality. No complaints. Exactly as advertised.
It only takes undoing the one bolt. Dropped in and tighten the center bolt, and added the old fabric softener dispenser. A dust cap (with rubber seal) and agitator screw are additional parts.
Cons
This product is expensive and lasted less than 6 months. Did not fit.

Whirlpool 3951744 agitator arrived in two days thanks prime double boxed
I received the right part it was a day late
Packaging/appearance
Not happy that they just threw the parts in the big box
Came with everything needed except for the bolt with the gasket that holds it all down
Did not come with the top dispenser mounting bolt and washer and capwasher

The plastic groves inside the agitator at the top fit onto the metal attached to the washer and eventually will wear down

When this happens you have to get a new agitator

The agitator sits on top of the metal by lining up the agitator grooves with the metal groves and you simply slide the agitator onto to it by pushing down
