Pros

Used as a breakfast replacement, it keeps me satiated for hours. Great tasting protien shake, ill except the few extra calories to always enjoying this. Mix it with oatmilk and it literally tastes like a milkshake.

It mixes/dissolves great in my blender bottle. Easy to mix even with just a spoon and no shaker bottle.
