Pros & Cons
Pros

Cons
People use sarcasm, hyperbole and exaggeration to make their points. Often, the anonymity of tweets makes the language rude. Appears to be a lot of selection bias, focusing on points that reinforce the author's opinion.
Author is not a psychologist or a researcher. It is nothing more than a rehash of studies we hear about all the time. The ‘science’ is not rigorous and could only be pseudoscience.
Be aware of midpoints. Save your money, there is no research in the book - just a few anecdotes & commonplace knowledge that i can summarize for you in two lines.
