The book covers many different scenarios - ovarian cysts, infertility, cancer risks, etc. It suited my needs to a tee. It is very informative and has a t of great advice in it for premenopausal women.

Perimenopause is a marketing construct, intended to sell drugs, books and other products by instilling self-doubt and insecurity. I don't even take progesterone, the doc says i do not need it.
