Pros

Lots of helpful hints regarding xeno-estrogens - petrochemicals / plastics. If you already have osteopenia or osteoporosis, it is still worth trying. Definitely a recommended read for menopausal women and even doctor's.

It's not about menopause it’s about how to avoid toxins and things to keep your hormones healthy. This book is loaded with info some would really benefit from it. Biodentical hrt has cancer protective effects.

Great book, great read. Amazing book. His approach is holistic which is more my approach, as well. Lee suggests in his book.

Cons

Lee is widely disregarded by his peers. Memory problems are ironically symptomtic of menopause. What a load of claptrap.

As a holistic nurse, this book seems too narrowly focused. Very little for post hysterectomy women. It is not a risk-free panacea for everything that ails us at midlife.
