Pros
The soundstage is wide and airy, even in our small living room. The sound is very dynamic and fills 5ge room. Astonishing sound quality for the size and price.
The bass is just on the right side of rich and smooth and not booming. The top end is crisp and tight. Solid bass response with being boomy.
For the price these speakers are ridiculously good. They show that speakers don't have to be in a massive box to sound good. I'm seriously thinking about getting another pair of these amazing sounding speakers to replace them.
The walnut finish is superb the speakers have a pleasing weight and sturdy construction with bi wiring options. Everything is gold plated to the rear and cables are held securely. On top of this the walnut curved casing is elegant and stylish.

Some excessive brightness from the tweeter which was easily tamed by the inclusion of a 2ohm resistor on the biwire connection
Purchased these to replace some old wharfdale valdus 150w speakers
Solid bass response with being boomy high frequencies are there without being raspy or tinny

I know that speakers degrade over the decades but they do so slowly like a mattress and the changes are often not noticed
